Your Role will include
As an OT in our team, you'll make a meaningful difference through:
Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
Developingindividualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
Recommending and facilitatingAssistive Technology (AT)to promote independence
Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
QualificationsWhat You'll Need to Succeed
Current AHPRA registrationas an Occupational Therapist
Strongwritten, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Aproactive, client-centred mindsetwith a desire to innovate and grow
A genuine passion for working in thedisability and community sector
The ability towork both independently and collaboratively
An interest inpaediatrics,complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let's tailor it together)
