About Central Gippsland Health (CGH): CGH is a sub-regional health service and the major provider of health and aged care services in the Wellington Shire. CGH is located in the City of Sale, 215 km east of Melbourne, with beds across three campuses (Sale, Maffra and Heyfield). Acute services include emergency department, critical care unit, neonatal critical care, three operating theatres, day procedure unit, oncology and dialysis services, along with general medical and sub-acute services including rehabilitation. CGH also provides aged care and community services, four residential aged care homes, and a wide range of community-based services including Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programs. The service has a multidisciplinary allied health team and offers accessible public dental services. CGH is a teaching hospital affiliated with Monash University's School of Rural Health and provides placements for students. Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate Clinical Support Nurse to provide clinical education, leadership and workforce development across our health service. This role supports nurses, students and multidisciplinary staff through education, mentorship and clinical support, fostering a culture of learning aligned with CGH's strategic direction to empower staff to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Registered Nurse
* Certificate IV or diploma in education and training
* Previous experience working in clinical education
* Advanced Life Support
