About the Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate Ecommerce Trade Manager to join our Omni Digital team at David Jones in our Melbourne office. This is a limited tenure position perfect for someone ready to make their mark in retail's digital transformation.
You'll be the bridge between our online and in-store experiences, ensuring our customers enjoy seamless shopping journeys across all touchpoints. Working closely with buying, marketing, and technology teams, you'll drive trade performance and help shape the future of luxury retail in Australia.
What You'll Do
* Manage end-to-end ecommerce trade activities including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
* Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and optimise customer experience
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver integrated omnichannel strategies
* Support inventory management and pricing strategies across digital platforms
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform trading decisions
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in ecommerce, retail buying, or digital marketing
* Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
* Understanding of omnichannel retail and customer journey mapping
* Excellent communication and project management abilities
