Overview
We are looking for a HVAC Service Team Leader to manage a team of HVAC technicians in Brisbane QLD. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for a team delivering innovative solutions to our sites. You will bring a wealth of knowledge to ensure Precise continues to deliver best in class practices and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What you'll need to be successful in this role
Sound service technical knowledge of air conditioning systems including central plant.
Ability to work autonomously and lead a team while building strong client relationships and taking control of site operations.
Demonstrated experience in managing contractors.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to organize workload and prioritise accordingly.
High level of WHS standards and safety consciousness.
Ability to generate and write quotations.
Trade certification (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning) QBCC licence.
Current driver's licence.
Experience leading a team.
