Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our APAC Hospitality Sales team.
About the Role:
* Act as a trusted customer advocate, managing inbound sales for hospitality venues in the APAC market and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Build strong relationships with customers to provide tailored solutions and maximize account revenue.
* Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell products, driving business expansion and improving customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales plans.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management or sales development representative role with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
* Demonstrated understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a software-as-a-service environment.
* Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize sales pipelines.
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
