What You'll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end development and delivery of high quality, competitive tender and proposal submissions
* Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams including technical experts, senior leaders and internal stakeholders
* Develop compelling, solution-focused written content that aligns with brand and client expectations
* Manage submission schedules and ensure timely, compliant lodgement of tenders, EOIs and proposals
* Lead quality reviews and support continuous improvement of submission templates and collateral
What You\'ll Bring
* 5+ years\' experience in bid submissions, proposal management or a similar role
* Strong knowledge of tender and bid management processes within the construction and/or infrastructure sector
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
* Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive content
* Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
* Relevant qualification in business, communications, project management or a related discipline (desirable)
