The Firm: Having worked with my client for a number of years, I have been impressed with the progressive growth they have successfully made in revenue, team expansion and reputation. The Role: Due to exciting plans for the growth, they are looking for an experienced and well-connected practitioner to join their team as Director and add value to their employment law practice. To ensure there is appropriate workload across the team, a transferrable practice is required for this role. Their current practice focuses mainly on employers, dealing with a range of businesses in both advisory and litigation. This opportunity is highly attractive because you will have access to a number of excellent resources, such as a senior in the team delegate work to, as well as juniors to assist with lower end tasks. You will also work alongside another Director in the team who is approachable, down to earth and hard working. The team dynamic gives you a perfect balance of support. Additionally, the firm sits at over 40 people, therefore you will have the ability to leverage off internal, established departments to service your clients holistically. You have access to a solid leadership group who have a unified vision, as well as an operations team to cover monthly billing, administration and back end duties.
