About the Role The Client Services Executive plays a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, the role involves managing incoming enquiries, processing orders, coordinating dispatch, and maintaining accurate internal records. Working closely with production, stock control and operations teams, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, professionalism, and strong relationships are key. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person with professionalism and empathy Process customer orders including quotations, invoicing, payments, dispatch and follow-up Accurately manage CRM and order systems, ensuring all customer information is recorded and up to date Quality check products prior to dispatch to ensure the highest standards are maintained Assist with showroom coordination, stocktakes and general front-of-house duties Collaborate with internal teams across inventory, production and operations Support administrative duties including scanning, mail, filing and visitor coordination Key Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service, retail, sales support or receptionist role Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly phone manner Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems (experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred) Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods A proactive, positive and team-oriented attitude Ideal Candidate This role would suit someone from a retail, showroom, or luxury product background who enjoys working behind the scenes to deliver exceptional service.
