Pinnacle People seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Service Manager to step into a key role with one of our clients. This is an initial two-month contract, starting on the first week of January, with a the possibility to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Job Description:
* Hospitality Service Manager to oversee and support 4 key areas (Head Chef / Service Supervisor / Home Care Supervisor / 3 on site cafes)
* 1 main production kitchen
* Other smaller kitchen outlets
* Occasional events
* Servicing a mix of disability, aged care & non-aged care on-site residents
* Monday-Friday gig, mostly business hours
* Fantastic rate of pay for successful candidate
Requirements:
* Police Check
* Flu vaccination recommended, but not mandatory
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in the aged care sector (advantageous, but not essential)
* Or experience as an Executive Chef / Head Chef overseeing departments
* Have an extensive understanding of food safety
* Would suit someone who has previously held a Facilities Manager role
