 
        
        Overview 
As a Product Marketing Specialist at Tyro, you will play a critical role developing compelling value propositions, customer narratives and product content through deep understanding of Tyro’s products, customers and competitors. You will also take new products and features to market through effective GTM motions. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Partnerships and Sales to identify and deliver on product marketing needs across the organisation to impact a range of business and customer outcomes. 
What You'll Do 
- Create high-quality, segment-specific product content (e.g., blogs, videos, web copy) with internal/external partners. 
- Manage and maintain a library of product marketing content, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
- Track and optimise content performance using analytics tools; inform strategies across the buyer journey. 
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to deliver GTM assets. 
- Develop deep knowledge of our customers, competitors, and products to shape content and messaging. 
- Conduct customer research to test product-market fit, value props, and messaging. 
- Lead GTM activities for product/feature launches, including CVP and messaging development. 
- Map and optimise product messaging across the buyer journey. 
What You'll Bring 
- Proven experience in Product Marketing (ideally in Tech, SaaS or Financial Services). 
- Strong copywriting and communication skills. 
- Experience developing content with creative teams or agencies. 
- Familiarity with CMS tools and analytics platforms. 
- Skilled in customer research, persona development, and segmentation. 
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities. 
- Bonus: Knowledge of the Australian payments or banking industry.
