Senior IT Support Specialist at Dovida Australia — we are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior IT Support Specialist to join our national IT team, supporting a fully cloud-based, Microsoft-centric infrastructure across the Dovida network. Based at our National Office, you will act as the senior technical escalation point, ensuring operational excellence through expert support, enterprise-grade security, and modern workplace automation.
In this role, you will work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Defender, and Entra to maintain system integrity, strengthen our security posture, and resolve complex technical issues. You'll be instrumental in supporting a scalable and secure digital environment that empowers our aged care staff to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
* Cloud-Based Technical Support & Escalations Deliver expert-level Tier 3 support and incident resolution across Microsoft 365 and Azure services, ensuring service continuity and performance.
* Endpoint Management – Intune & Compliance Oversee full device lifecycle and compliance using Intune, ensuring secure and policy-driven endpoint management.
* Microsoft 365 Platform Administration Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) to support communication, collaboration, and governance.
* Security & Zero Trust Uplift Security configurations and Compliance policies adhering to Zero Trust security through Microsoft Defender, Purview and Intune.
* Project Delivery & Automation Lead technical projects and automate operations to enhance efficiency and policy adherence.
About you
* 5+ years senior-level experience in Microsoft cloud environments, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Microsoft Defender and Purview.
* Solid understanding of cloud security, identity management, and endpoint compliance.
* Proven ability to support multiple sites and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Highly Desirable Certifications:
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
o Tertiary IT qualification, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102)
o SC-300 or SC-100
o MS-102, ITIL Foundation
* Aged care or healthcare IT experience is advantageous but not required.
