This is a role for someone who thrives on momentum: keeping product flowing, meeting daily schedules, and ensuring every pack meets specification — on time, every time.

What you'll be doing (day to day)
* Run packing machinery confidently in line with daily orders and schedules
* Keep equipment performing with basic maintenance and checks
* Make sure tools and equipment are ready when the team needs them
* Prepare retention samples for the Quality Department
* Keep packing items stored correctly, organised, and easy to access
* Spot issues early and escalate to the Packing Supervisor when needed
* Accurately scan and record activities in FlavorFind for daily reporting
* Support and participate in site safety initiatives — safety is always part of the job
* Jump in and support the wider team as required
The person we're looking for
You bring:
* Strong mechanical aptitude and a practical, "let's fix it" mindset
* Solid numeracy and confidence with accurate reporting and monitoring
* Production experience (desirable), or the attitude and capability to learn quickly
You are:
* Safety-first — you look out for yourself and those around you
* Detail-driven — you notice what others miss
* Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise under pressure
* A clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills
* Comfortable following processes and instructions to the letter
* Work environment & physical requirements (important)
* Working in a refrigerated environment (12–15°C)
* This role includes lifting, pushing/pulling, constant standing/walking, repetitive bending/squatting/kneeling, continuous gripping, and occasional reaching above shoulder height
* Due to quality requirements, you must be able to differentiate red, yellow, and green
