About the Role
As a Change Manager, you'll be at the heart of significant transformation efforts, ensuring people, processes and technology shift smoothly and sustainably. You'll shape how change is understood, adopted, and embedded across diverse stakeholder groups. No two days will look the same.
What You'll Be Doing
* Craft and execute tailored change management strategies that align with project and organisational goals
* Conduct impact assessments and deep stakeholder analysis to guide engagement and communication
* Design and deliver compelling communication, engagement, and training plans that drive adoption
* Work closely with project teams, business units, and senior leaders to embed new ways of working
* Track, measure, and report on readiness, risks and resistance throughout the transformation lifecycle
* Influence, coach, and guide stakeholders through periods of uncertainty and change
Where Your Experience Will Shine
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
* Utilities sector– supporting change across large operational or infrastructure-focused environments
* Finance transformation– navigating system upgrades, regulatory change, or finance process redesign
* Operating model transformation– shaping structure, capability, and process optimisation initiatives
What You Bring
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication capability
* The ability to juggle competing priorities in complex, evolving environments
* Strong analytical skills and the confidence to make evidence-based recommendations
* Familiarity with contemporary change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Agile change, etc.)
* A proactive mindset and the ability to build trust quickly across all organisational levels
Qualifications
* Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)
* Project Management experience or credentials (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
We have multiple opportunities available in Perth and Darwin. All roles will be onsite, with no remote work considered.
Successful candidates must be able to provide a clean police clearance.
