We are seeking an accomplished analytics leader to help turn trusted data into decisions that matter.
Opportunity
We are looking for a team-focused and collaborative Senior Learning Hub Librarian to lead one of our multi-campus teams in providing excellent service. Looking over 7 direct reports, you will be crucial to the day-to-day running of our Learning Hub. Being able to cooperate with fellow team leaders and other functions will be vital for your success in this role.
This is the ideal role for someone who is passionate about aligning library services with student success and who wants to continue developing their career within the library industry.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Liverpool campus.

About You
You will bring:
A degree or other relevant qualification in Library Services
Strong people management skills with ideally experience leading multi-campus staff
Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate well with fellow team leaders.
Technological competence will be highly regarded but not necessary for success in this role

Remuneration Package
HEW Level 6 $113,344 to $121,488 p.a. (comprising Salary of $95,777 to $102,659 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
