Description Leadership opportunity available to manage a high performing Strata team, located in our new head office in St Leonards. Skills And Experiences Bright & Duggan Group are recruiting a Branch Manager to join their team located in St Leonards. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, the successful applicant will manage a team of up to 10 people. The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and management to the Strata Management team to ensure that the branch is managed and administratively efficiently. This includes being able to work with relevant teams to implement required changes, including legislative changes. The Branch Manager is also responsible for the financial strength and operating efficiency. This role is well‑suited to anyone who enjoys developing people, strengthening client relationships, and shaping the way a branch operates day‑to‑day. About the role: The Branch Manager leads a team of Strata Managers and Strata Assistants, sets the branch culture, and ensures we are delivering consistent, high‑quality service to our clients. The role balances people leadership, operational oversight, and direct client engagement. Key responsibilities: Supporting and developing your team through coaching, regular 1:1s and clear expectations. Managing branch operations — budgets, GO reporting, cost control, revenue targets and portfolio allocations. Owning escalations and maintaining strong relationships with key committees and owners. Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal standards. Responding to NPS outcomes and driving improvements. Attending evening meetings when required. Contributing to new business opportunities and managing a small portfolio if needed. About You: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Strata Manager. Previous experience at managing a team. The ability to multitask & prioritise your work load Possess leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team. Experience with complex buildings and layered schemes. Be conversant in strata legislation. Have strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities. Why join us?
