To be successful you must have the following:
* Proficiency in 12d is essential
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in civil design
* Land development experience highly regarded
* Infrastructure design experience also considered (roads, drainage, transport, water)
* Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail
* Effective communication and collaborative mindset
* Relevant engineering or drafting qualification
