We're looking for a caring, organised, and enthusiastic person to join our front-desk team as a Medical Receptionist (Permanent Part-Time).
This is a 4-day-a-week role — perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming first impression.
About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our practice, ensuring every patient receives professional and compassionate service.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
* Checking patients in and out, processing payments, and updating details
* Supporting administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and record maintenance
* Assisting doctors and nurses to keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confidence using computers and basic office software
* The ability to multitask in a busy, dynamic environment
* Availability for both opening and closing shifts
* A cheerful, can-do attitude that makes patients feel at ease
Experience in a medical setting is a plus — but not essential.
Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
