Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing venue operations on a daily basis by leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role is essential.
* Strong planning and organisational skills are required to lead, develop and manage a large multi-skilled team.
* Operational experience is necessary to effectively assist the Venue Manager to achieve financial and business targets.
* A highly developed understanding and ability to deliver on guest expectations and experiences in line with the venues' visions and goals is required.
* Must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
