Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our global function of 170 professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and mentoring a small team of Accounts Payable Officers, while also undertaking general Accounts Payable duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and mentor the Accounts Payable team in achieving their goals
* Undertake general Accounts Payable duties, including responding to high volumes of queries and ensuring quality output
* Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
* Assist with the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
* Experience leading and managing teams is preferable, but not required
* Demonstrated ability to respond to high volumes of queries and ensure quality output
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload and assist other team members to achieve collective goals
* Good level of MS Office, including Excel
