The Role
Work closely with a friendly, team-oriented team of assistants and administrators. You’ll support 1 of 3 Strata Managers, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so they can focus on client relationships and meetings.
Strata Assistant: work orders, quotes, breach notices, insurance claims, actioning minutes etc
Accounts Admin; Data entry, accounts queries, receipting, EOD, insurance compliance, levies etc
Who This Suits
You might be a former Strata Assistant, Strata Manager or Accounts Administrator looking for a change of pace or even someone from a Property Management background. Most importantly, you're someone who:
Understands the basics of Strata and accounts
Has excellent time management and communication skills
