If you're enthusiastic about being a part of a team that is committed to leadership and excellence, this is a superb opportunity to join as a Junior Administrator with a subcontractor firm (painting, rendering, carpentry, C&P) in the building industry.

This is an office-based, full-time position, with an attractive salary package, negotiable depending on your experience.

To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate stellar time management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Contracts Administrator and will provide support to the delivery of projects.

This employer is a 30+ year company, a multi-award winner and one of the most respected, trusted and distinguished commercial contractors in Queensland. They have delivered more than 1,000 projects and employ more than 100 painters, renderers and carpenters, providing an integrated and seamless service to builders in southeast Queensland.
Projects include multi-residential, large-format retail, health and medical facilities, commercial and industrial buildings, and heritage projects.

**Duties**
- Daily administration of the Firm's material procurement
- Ensuring the Firm's process &; procedures are followed
- Reconciliation of invoices to orders
- Assist with project handover documents
- Assist the CA with all supplier engagement
- Ensuring all documentation and correspondence between the Firm and client is completed as necessary to support all project needs
- Ensuring correct document control as per the Firm's processes
- Assisting the Firm's CA team with projects where needed
- Assist the Firm's CA to manage defects
- Assist the CA with project setup and collating information as needed

**Criteria**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience can substitute.
- Experience in managing procurement, reconciling invoices, and supporting project administration.
- Familiarity with project management processes and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assist with project documentation and correspondence.
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively engage with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
- Knowledge of document control processes and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide assistance as needed.
