About the Role
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented casual Site Administrator for an estimated time of 2-months (April–May). This role is 100% site-based in Muchea, with some initial training at our head office in East Rockingham.
The role operates on a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday), with 10-hour workdays plus an additional 2 hours of paid travel time per day.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clerical and administrative support to site supervisors
* Accurately complete daily site timesheets and perform reconciliation
* Raise purchase orders as required by site personnel
* Maintain and update documents (entry-level document control)
* Ensure office systems and general administration are well organised
About You – must have
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role (construction, engineering, or mining preferred)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Basic navigation skills in Xero for minimal tasks
* Site induction experience and understanding of mine site safety protocols
* Current driver's licence and own car
* Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
* White card certification is required for site access
* Location Requirement:
Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be located within approximately 45 km of Muchea and be able to commute to site daily
