Job summary: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Adelaide. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
* Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement to develop strategies that meet customer needs.
* Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* Experience in account management and key accounts.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
* Experience in the electrical industry preferred but not essential.
