Project Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead the delivery of complex projects across Property and Infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will have experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields, with a strong leadership capability and proven track record in client-side consultancy or delivering major projects on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide visionary leadership across planning, design, procurement, and delivery of end-to-end projects
* Collaborate closely with clients, governance groups, and multidisciplinary teams to drive performance, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes
* Develop innovative solutions, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business growth in the region
Requirements:
* Hold tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields (including mechanical & electrical design or trade backgrounds)
* Accumulate 8-12 years' experience delivering construction and infrastructure projects, ideally across Property sectors (e.g., education, living & aged care, commercial property, aviation, ports, housing) and/or Infrastructure sectors (e.g., transport, water, energy, civil infrastructure)
* Proven experience in a client-side consultancy or in delivering major projects on behalf of clients
