About the Role
Reporting to the Board, you will oversee all club operations with full P&L accountability, strategic leadership and hands-on management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth across gaming, F&B and functions.
* Lead, recruit and develop high performing teams.
* Developing rosters and managing performance standards.
* Manage budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
* Ensuring compliance with gaming legislation and industry regulations
* Develop marketing strategies and member engagement programs.
* Collaborate with Board on long-term strategic planning.
* Oversee venue presentation, maintenance and operations.
About You
* Proven experience in senior hospitality or club management.
* Strong knowledge of gaming operations and Victorian gaming legislation.
* Sound financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting.
* Leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Strong marketing and member engagement experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A hands-on leadership style suited to a regional club environment.
Essential Requirements
* Current Victorian Gaming Licence.
* RSA and RSG certification.
* Experience with POS systems.
* Demonstrated understanding of compliance and governance in a club environment.
