We Are Recruiting for Two Roles:
1. Fully Qualified & Experienced Property Manager
2. Entry-Level Property Management Professional (or someone looking to start a career in real estate)
About the Roles:
• Manage and support a growing residential portfolio
• Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
• Work within a collaborative and forward-thinking team

For Experienced Property Managers:
• Must be fully qualified with proven property management experience
• Ability to manage a portfolio independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High remuneration package, based on experience
• Quarterly performance bonuses
For Entry-Level Candidates:
• No prior experience required
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to obtain (or already hold) a Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Structured training program provided
• One-on-one mentoring with a senior property manager
• Clear pathway to becoming a stand-alone property manager
