About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage handover of complex infrastructure projects.
* This role will oversee completion and implementation of project management systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement handover documentation schedules.
* Liaise with design teams on design issues.
* Coordinate completion activities and ensure all documents are at As-Built Status.
* Manage Defect Correction Period (DCP) processes.
* Generate Operations and Maintenance Manuals for handover.
Requirements
* Tertiary Construction Management Qualifications or related discipline.
* A minimum of 6 years professional experience in project completion and handover.
* Senior level management experience working on large scale projects.
* Expert experience in EDMS systems.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
