Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) Wodonga Hospital (WH) has positions available for Registered Nurses interested in completing their Graduate Diploma in Midwifery.
Position Details
* 12 month program, for students at 0.8 EFT
* Provided externally through Charles Sturt University, Orange Campus
* Commonwealth Supported Places are available.
* Students are employed part time (4 days per week) whilst studying.
* Post Graduate Study Leave to attend mandatory residential school.
* Dedicated Midwifery Student Facilitator, Clinical Support nurse.

* You are committed to providing the highest quality Patient Centered Care
* You are compassionate, approachable and are able build rapport with patients and staff
* You have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* You have at least one year's acute experience, preferably in an acute setting.
About This Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated Student Midwives who have a desire to work predominantly in our Maternity Unit and across all Maternity streams including, Antenatal, Postnatal, Birth Suite, Women's Surgical Unit and Special Care Nursery.
