Base + Exceptional Commission Structure (30% to 50% commission) Base Criteria
* 5+ years Recruiting or Building Services / Facilities experience
* Australia-based experience in Trades recruitment (3+ years)
* At least 2 years' experience recruiting Electricians, HVAC, Plumbers, Fire Technicians, Building Maintenance Technicians and have a network
* Driven, eager team-player who wants to generate a good income through high comm's (30% to 50%)
* Ability to be agile and adapt to changing markets
* Happy to consider someone relocating interstate to Perth
Outline Duties
* The key duties are business generation, delivery and stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff.
* Supporting Facilities Management Providers, Electrical, Fire, HVAC and Building Maintenance Contractors in finding Trades Staff for Permanent Mobile and Static roles across WA, SA & NT.
* Working across a mix of Master Vendor, Preferred Supplier, Existing, Developing and New Clients.
