**Job Description** What will you be doing?**
- Managing accounts receivable processes with precision and efficiency.
- Processing guest payments and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Collaborating with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and guest inquiries.
- Conducting regular audits to uphold financial integrity and compliance.
- Assisting in month-end closing procedures and reporting.
**Qualifications** Your Skills and experience include**:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounts receivable function
- Excellent internal & external communication skills
- Experience with Opera Cloud PMS
- Relevant Qualifications and a minimum of 1 Year(s) experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and frameworks
- Understanding and appreciation of Hotel Portfolio arrangements
