As a Technical Sales Executive at our payments company, you'll bridge the gap between technology and client needs, helping merchants and partners unlock the full potential of our solutions.
This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely, giving you the best of both worlds.
You'll be partnering with our Account Executives during the sales cycle in order to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success.
Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and enterprise clientsUnderstand client payment requirements and recommend tailored solutionsDeliver engaging product demos and presentationsCollaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure seamless solution deliveryWork closely with the sales team to drive end-to-end sales process and ensure successKeep up to date with payment industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings Qualifications 2-3 years' experience in technical sales, pre-sales, account management, or business development (ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services)Understanding of payment gateways, acquiring, card processing, and/or alternative payment methods (advantageous)Able to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, commercial benefitsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProactive, driven, and target-oriented with a solutions-focused mindsetInnovative Product: Be part of a company at the forefront of real-time payments and loyalty innovation.Growth Opportunity: Play a key role in shaping Hello Clever's expansion in the Australian market.Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package with uncapped commission potential.Supportive Culture: Join a passionate, fast-paced team that values collaboration, innovation, and impact.
