Job Description:
A Marine Engineer is required to join our team in Southampton, working on marine equipment at local customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining motors and engines, adhering to given processes and procedures, and effectively communicating with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing and maintaining marine equipment
* Repairing and troubleshooting engine and motor issues
* Adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years' experience working on marine equipment
* Strong knowledge of engines, motors and gearboxes
* NVQ / HNC / HND / BTEC / Degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
