With a strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability, they pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and proactive HSE Officer to support the HSE Manager and work closely with site managers to promote a safe and compliant working environment across their sites.The role includes incident reporting and investigation, risk assessments, PPE management, HSE documentation maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport HSE compliance and risk management.Travel across client sites, providing subcontractor and site support.Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, implement risk controls, and support incident investigations.Deliver site and new employee inductions, develop safety documentation, and train subcontractors.Assist Site Managers with subcontractor compliance, site presentation standards, and PPE supplies.Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE systems, manage documentation, support software integration, and produce reports.Promote continuous safety improvements.Qualifications and SkillsCertificate IV in WHS or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction (essential).Strong knowledge of Australian HSE regulations and standards.Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.Current driver's license and willingness to travel within the Metro Perth region.White Card.The OfferOpportunities to work on multiple projects.Career progression opportunities.Work with an exceptional team and company that fosters a positive work culture.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume below, or for more information, contact Meg at 0420 989 409 for a confidential discussion.
