Senior Lecturer Opportunity
The role of Clinical Learning Mentor, Senior Lecturer, is a part-time fixed term position within the School of Medicine.
As a Clinical Learning Mentor, Education-focused, you will lead unit and course teaching teams to develop curricula and learning materials that integrate industry, clinical and/or research practice into unit/course design.
* Moderate and maintain academic standards through collaborative development of curricula and evaluation processes.
* Integrate innovative teaching practices to enhance student success and engagement in learning experiences.
* Establish clear assessment criteria and provide timely feedback to students.
* Support professional development of educational and assessment skills for clinical teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teaching teams to develop curriculum and learning materials that incorporate industry, clinical, or research practice.
* Contribute to the moderation and maintenance of academic standards and development of curricula.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching practices to improve student success and engagement.
* Provide regular, timely feedback to students on their performance.
