About the Role Our client is on looking for an experienced Refrigeration Tradesperson on a full time basis in Townsville. The role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of large-scale commercial refrigeration plant installation works. Including supervising labourers and apprentices, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring materials, plant, and/or contractors are organised and used efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining site safety, compliance, and cleanliness; supporting accurate ordering, procurement, and documentation; completing or assisting in project handovers; and resolving site issues to keep works on schedule. The role works closely with supervisors and management to maintain workflow, meet performance targets, and ensure all installation activities are completed in line with WHS&E requirements and company standards. Essential Criteria, Qualifications and License Requirements Current C Class Drivers Licence Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Current Refrigeration Handling (ARCtick) Licence Restricted Electrical Licence QBCC Workers Licence General Construction Card Security clearances and Blue Card Additional licences highly regarded Skills & Experience To be successful in this role and join our team, ideally you will need to be able to demonstrate the following: Commitment to the production of high-quality work and the ability and desire to always deliver exceptional customer service.
