Senior Project and Policy Officer
This is a key role within the Clinical Informatics & Digital Health Innovation team, championing digital health adoption and innovation across the Department.
The Senior Policy and Project Officer will contribute to and support the delivery of CI&DHI priorities through:
* Planning, coordinating and delivering approved projects or strategic initiatives.
* Researching and conducting detailed analysis on issues relating to contemporary digital information management, use and sharing.
* Preparing high-level written communications for a variety of audiences, including development of briefings, policies and providing general authoritative and specialised advice.
* Consulting across CI&DHI work streams to drive unified and consistent communication, education, and awareness to target audiences.
The successful applicant will need to:
* Prepare and/or undertake high-level briefings, advice, analysis, reports, plans, business documentation, submissions and correspondence for a diverse audience including executive, senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
This role may require occasional travel between sites, as well as intra and/or interstate travel.
The position is a fixed term full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight. The initial appointment will commence as soon as possible until 30 December 2026.
The salary range for this position is $107,899 to $122,292 per annum, plus an employer superannuation contribution.
