* Manage sales and inventory performance, including aged inventory, stock turns, and debtor arrangements.
* Oversee branch staffing requirements, including recruitment, rostering, training, and performance management.
* Nurture and grow the sales team to achieve targets, upskill capabilities, and provide value-added training with suppliers.
* Provide exceptional customer service and advice on rural products while introducing new product lines.
* Assist with the development and implementation of retail strategy; including implementing and driving key sales campaigns and activities.

About You

* To succeed in this role, you will have experience leading dynamic sales teams and a background in agronomy or the rural industry.
* You will have strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and prepare P&L reports.
* You will possess a passion for building strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
* You will have proficiency in using the Microsoft suite and operating POS systems.
* You will have an understanding of agriculture products, seasonal requirements, the region, and our competitors.
* You will be a team player with great communication skills and a collaborative approach.
