About the Role
As our Furniture Sales Super Star, you'll be the go-to person for customers looking for the perfect pieces to transform their homes. Your role will combine sales expertise, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills to ensure every customer leaves with a smile—and the perfect purchase.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage customers, building strong rapport to understand their needs.
* Showcase and recommend furniture and home décor products, highlighting features and benefits.
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
* Maintain product knowledge across our entire range, including style trends, materials, and care instructions.
* Manage stock levels on the showroom floor, ensuring displays are attractive and well-presented.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Follow up with customers on special orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Skills & Experience
* Proven retail sales experience—preferably in furniture, home décor, or high-ticket items.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to close sales while maintaining a customer-first approach.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
* A flair for interior design or home styling (advantageous but not essential).
* Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
