We’re looking for a licensed Part-Time Property Manager to join our team and help manage our rental properties with confidence, professionalism, and a friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of rental properties in Adelaide.
2. Liaise with landlords and tenants promptly, professionally, and with care.
3. Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
4. Screen tenants, including conducting reference checks.
5. Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors as needed.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to property management.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Certificate IV or Diploma in Property Services.
2. Certificate of Registration.
3. Experience using PropertyTree or ability to utilise property management software and other computer programs efficiently.
4. Strong ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.
