The Position
* Provide welcoming and efficient hospitality service in dining and accommodation areas
* Assist with meal service, table clearing, and maintaining clean, safe environments
* Operate tills or support café service where required
* Wash, sanitise and store crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
* Follow strict food safety, hygiene and Defence security standards
The Person
* Previous experience in hospitality or stewarding roles
* Reliable, energetic and professionally presented
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory for Defence clearance)
* Able to obtain a National Police Check and Defence security clearance
