Technical Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Analyst to join our organization. The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high-quality training experiences.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in user and admin support for enterprise class software systems, with a solid understanding of fleet management systems, high-precision products, and databases (SQL). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments are essential.
The Technical Services Analyst will be responsible for:
* Providing Tier 1 support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
* Maintaining duplicate system environments for testing and troubleshooting
* Recording and documenting client issues using our issue tracking system
* Planning and practicing system implementation and upgrade projects
* Reviewing and contributing to product documentation
* Performing Triage Desk '1st line support function'
Key responsibilities also include providing one-on-one and classroom training, conducting site inspections and reports, coordinating resources, and troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
Requirements
* Diploma in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in user and admin support for enterprise class software systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in high-pressure environments
