About the Opportunity: This is a fantastic entry‐level opportunity within a structured training program designed to support women into long‐term careers as Operator Drivers. The successful candidate will commence as a contingent worker with Cat5 for an initial 3‐month period before transitioning into the Women on Wheels program.The Women on Wheels program is a 12‐month training pathway. Participants will gain hands‐on experience, supported training, and assistance in obtaining their HR licence, with the goal of securing long‐term employment as an Operator Driver.Eligibility: This is an identified position for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander woman.
Key Requirements:

Duty & Responsibilities:
* Operate company collection vehicles across the wider Rockhampton region, primarily using Front Lift and Hook Lift systems as operationally required
* Safely operate company vehicles and associated equipment in line with procedures
