About us:
Sub-Acute Services (SAS) provides support to the Rehabilitation and Sub Acute Geriatric Evaluation Units at Rockhampton Hospital. These are specialised areas of care committed to restoring and maintaining the optimum level of function of the individual and significant others, enabling them to achieve their lifestyle goals. The SAS oversees the referral management of Rehabilitative Services from Rockhampton Hospital, the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service, community (GP) and other Hospital and Health Service organisations. The SAS facilitates outpatient clinics for rehabilitative services.
About the role:
This position provides leadership which ensures the efficient and effective use of human and material resources within Sub-Acute Services. This is a dynamic health environment and this role will practice at an advanced level based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) – Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
About you:
* Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and current practising certificate is mandatory for this position.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $169,138 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $ $74.76 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
