About The Role
This organisation is looking for experienced APS6 Project Officers who can confidently coordinate project activities, maintain strong governance standards, and support effective communication across multiple project teams.
Level/Classification: APS6
Contract Type: Labour Hire
Contract Duration: 36 Months (Extension TBC)

Requirements
* MUST have an NV1 Security Clearance.
* Ability and willingness to Undergo Police Check.
* Selection Criteria Response.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Project Manager with project planning and updates
* Maintain project documentation, reporting systems and records
* Ensure project standards, methods and processes are followed
* Produce scheduled project reports and documentation
* Document procedures aligned to agreed methodologies
* Coordinate reference group meetings and prepare briefing materials
* Provide administrative and coordination support across the project
* Liaise with other teams for accurate schedule, budget and status reporting
* Guide team members on project procedures and reporting standards
* Manage risk, issue and change control logs
* Maintain documentation to required organisational standards
* Support communication flow across project teams
* Assist with procurement when required
* Share knowledge and support capability uplift
* Maintain accurate project files and records
Experience & Skills Needed
* Strong experience in structured project support environments
* ICT or technology project experience (highly desirable)
* Capability across:
o Measurement – Level 4
o Methods & Tools – Level 3
o Portfolio/Program/Project Support – Level 5
o Project Management – Level 4
o Quality Management – Level 4
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
* Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
* Skilled in maintaining registers, logs, artifacts and governance documents
* Strong team collaborator, comfortable in small and wider program teams
* Ongoing commitment to professional development and ICT knowledge
* Experience mentoring junior staff (desirable)
