Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Distributor Manager to join our Melbourne team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the performance of a designated portfolio of customers in the distributor network across Victoria.
The role involves establishing strategic relationships with key partners to generate revenue, as well as ensuring initiatives are implemented and regular business reviews are conducted to check against joint business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create demand through an opportunity pipeline with targeted channel partners and collaborate with sales representatives & account managers to drive online & offline activity.
* Engage our sales representative network to enable them to grow the business through product training, joint business calls and incentive programs.
* Leverage e-commerce strategies and platforms to advance partner go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
* Commercially savvy and experienced in sales and customer management.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
