We are seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our team in Launceston and West and North West Coast areas. As an Inclusive Employment Australia Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for building close relationships with local employers, understanding their workforce needs and supporting them to hire more people with a disability, injury or health condition.

* Support employers in the Launceston and West and North West Coast regions in collaboration with local teams.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries, with the goal of achieving ongoing employment opportunities.
* Proactively identify and develop new employer relationships, taking time to understand our employers' staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
