About the role
SCEE Electrical are looking for skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisors based in Launceston to join us on the construction of a large-scale Data Centre, with DIDO and local roster options available.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure all personnel maintain safe systems of work
* Plan activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies
* Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract
* Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control
* Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions
* Participate in Quality Assurance audits
* Liaise with client and contractor representatives
* Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to
About you
To be successful in this position you will have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold your TAS Electrical Practitioners Licence. You will have well developed leadership skills as well as strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
