We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-centred support within a trauma-informed framework.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide social engagement, mentoring, transportation, and supervision to the young people in our care.
* Implement clinically guided support plans and work closely with caseworkers, therapeutic providers, and clinical staff.
**Requirements:**
* A Diploma in Community Services or other relevant qualification.
* Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care.
* Resilience, patience, and a sense of humour.
* Availability for a variety of shifts including weekends and sleep over shifts.
