Community Support Options (CSO) is a dynamic and growing program that provides various supports to people in our community, to help prevent or delay the need for long-term residential care. CSO programs include Home Care Packages, Respite Services, South East Access and Support Program (SEAS), Social Support Individual (SSI), and Assistance with Care and Housing (ACH).
**About The Role**
We are excited to announce new Administration role at Community Support Options, Monash Health Community, Springvale!
In this position, our administration staff provide support and assistance to the Community Support business functions. Their role is to help facilitate support to our case managers which assists our clients, to continue living in the community, through accessing appropriate, sustainable services. We are seeking a passionate, driven and experienced administration worker to join our team of like minded professionals in making a difference to the lives of their clients.
This is a full-time ongoing role, working across all of the Monash Health catchments. The role is primary based at Springvale and is key in facilitating our staff distributed and remote working model. The role will be heavily focused on rolling out growth funding in our CHSP and Home Care Package (HCP) programs.
**About You**:
- You are a suitably qualified and experienced administration worker with a high level use and experience with The Client Manager (TCM) system.
- You are efficient, proactive and solution focused. You have excellent communication skills.
- You might have a history of working with supporting Case Managers, Home Care Packages, or the Commonwealth Home Support Program. You may have a work history in an intake and/or client facing role or providing direct support to clinicians.

- You are robust and understand the challenges you may face however this gives you the drive to succeed.

**What You Need**
High level of communication and customer service skills, proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, proficiency at managing a large amount of client incoming calls, proficiency at managing large amounts of data entry. Experience in a health care setting. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Willingness to undertake a Victorian Police Check Willingness to undertake a Working with Children's Check.
