About This Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Accountant or Finance Manager who is ready to step into a broader leadership role, with a clear pathway to Chief Financial Officer.
* Oversee day-to-day financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
* Support strategic planning and provide commercial insights to drive business performance
* Maintain compliance with tax and regulatory obligations
* Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
* Improve internal processes, systems, and reporting tools (ERP experience valued)
* Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and advisors
* Work directly with directors and key decision-makers
* Contribute to long-term financial strategy and organisational growth
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, or similar role
* Background in construction, property, or project-based industries is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of financial systems, controls, and reporting
* Ability to work autonomously and contribute at both strategic and operational levels
* Commercially astute with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
